CNC Router progress, status, etc.

For my CNC Router, I am going to go with, or at least start with the Easy to Build Desk Top 3 Axis CNC Milling Machine by Tom McWire.  There are a couple reasons that I chose to go with this project.  1.) This looks like a pretty simple design and is the basic design that the original Reprap design built upon. 2.) I already have most of the hardware that this is built on.

This page will be a Bill of Materials and include the pricing for each item.  The list will not be complete until the project is complete.  I will include mistakes and overages in the price list so that you can see where I screw up and what it costs me.
